Ilan Regenbaum is an Israeli/American entrepreneur, investor, startup advisor and public speaker. He has experience working with a number of the top Israeli startups and venture capital firms. He was the director of Jerusalem’s first startup accelerator, and served as Chief Innovation Officer for the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit, Commander of the Air Force Innovation Department, and Founder of the Air Force's Accelerator. In these roles he worked to bridge the gap between the startup world and the military by bring innovative ideas and technologies into the IDF.
Since October 7th, and after 4 months of active reserve duty, Ilan has been increasingly interested in supporting the resurgence of the Israeli defence-tech ecosystem. He has been advising defense startups, mapping the ecosystem, and exploring opportunities for collaboration with other entities.
